Anne grew up in Grandview, Texas, before earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin. She began her career as a bank examiner for the State of Texas before moving to Burkburnett after marrying her husband, Randy. Together they have three sons—Drew (Kelly), Michael, and JT—and are proud grandparents to two grandsons.

After relocating to Burkburnett, Anne built a successful career in accounting. She earned her Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and worked with Mathis, West, Huffines & Company, where she served individuals and businesses throughout the region. Her professional career reflects a lifelong commitment to integrity, service, and helping others succeed.

A devoted member of First United Methodist Church of Wichita Falls, Anne has served in the choir and held numerous church leadership positions. Her passion for volunteerism has led her to support many local nonprofit organizations, including fundraising efforts for Patsy's House. She currently serves on her church's Leadership Board and the local Board of Directors for the American Red Cross and has volunteered with numerous organizations dedicated to improving the Wichita Falls community.

As a member of the Board of Directors for Impact100 Wichita Falls, Anne is honored to join a remarkable group of women committed to making a lasting difference through collective philanthropy. She believes that investing in local nonprofits strengthens the entire community and creates opportunities for future generations.

When she's not volunteering, Anne enjoys needlepoint, playing mahjong, traveling, and spending time with her family and friends.
