Review Process (March – April)
Volunteer members of Impact 100 Wichita Falls work in five focus area committees to read and score each application including financial documents.
Site visits with applicants are scheduled and conducted.
Committees meet and pick finalists in each focus area.
All applicants are informed of the status of their application and if they have been chosen as a finalist.
Join us at our annual Grant Award Night on Thursday, May 28, 2020 as we announce the finalist in each of the five focus areas. The finalists will each give a brief presentation. Guidelines for the presentation will be provided when finalists are notified. Impact 100 Wichita Falls members will vote (one woman, one vote) to determine the grant award winner.
Prior to the release of funds, the grant recipient must sign a Grant Agreement. Impact 100 Wichita Falls will distribute funds in a lump sum or installments, depending on the nature of the program or project and the Grant Agreement.
Reports and Evaluation
Recipients of grant awards must report periodically to Impact 100 Wichita Falls on the progress of their program or project as specified in the Grant Agreement.
