Noelle Marks has been a dedicated member of Impact100 Wichita Falls since 2021 and currently serves on its Board of Directors. Passionate about philanthropy and community engagement, she believes in the power of women coming together to create meaningful and lasting change throughout Wichita Falls.
A graduate of the University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Noelle earned a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education. She began her career as a high school educator, teaching in both Wichita Falls ISD and Holliday ISD; she is also a local business owner.
Noelle's commitment to service extends beyond Impact100 through her board involvement with Faith Outreach Services and The House of Jacob. She is devoted to supporting organizations that strengthen individuals, families, and the broader community.
Married and the proud mother of three daughters, Noelle values the opportunity to invest in local nonprofits and help build a stronger future for Wichita Falls through collective philanthropy and community collaboration.
