Shelley Moser is passionate about bringing women together to create lasting change in the Wichita Falls community. As Co-President of Impact100 Wichita Falls, she is honored to help lead an organization dedicated to collective philanthropy that empowers women to combine their resources, talents, and voices to make transformational investments in local nonprofits.

A graduate of Midwestern State University, Shelley began her career as a respiratory therapist and has spent more than 35 years serving patients, families, and communities across North Texas. She currently serves as Senior Director of Quality & Safety at United Regional Health Care System, where she leads initiatives that advance patient safety, quality improvement, and organizational excellence. Shelley also holds a Doctor of Health Administration degree and maintains her Registered Respiratory Therapist credential with neonatal and pediatric specialties.

Shelley's commitment to service extends beyond her professional career. In addition to her leadership with Impact100, she serves on several local nonprofit boards and is dedicated to strengthening organizations that improve the quality of life throughout the region. She believes the greatest community impact is achieved when women unite around a shared purpose and invest in solutions that create meaningful, lasting change.

Outside of work and volunteer service, Shelley enjoys spending time with her family and cheering on her grandchildren at their many activities and events. She is proud to help lead an organization that inspires women to invest in their community and create a stronger future for Wichita Falls.
