Tammy Shierry

Membership

Co-Director

Tammy serves as the Membership Co-Director for Impact100, where she channels her lifelong passion for community building into strategic growth. She is driven by a deep commitment to helping and serving others, a guiding principle that shapes both her personal life and community leadership.

Before transitioning into leadership within the non-profit sector, Tammy dedicated her life to raising her five children and welcoming ten grandchildren. As a full-time stay-at-home mother, she cultivated a masterful toolkit of high-level multitasking, proactive problem-solving, and long-term planning. She seamlessly translated these executive skills into the community, actively serving her church, volunteering, and organizing major events for numerous non-profits to support vital local initiatives.

Tammy chose her role with Impact100 because she believes expanding membership is the direct key to widening the organization's community footprint. To Tammy, growing the organization is not about building a roster; it is about actively funding the next breakthrough for local non-profits. She is inspired by the reality that every single member changes the scale of what they can fund.

Tammy is happily married to Donnie. Outside of her leadership and volunteer work, her greatest joy is spending quality time with her grandchildren.  She also loves experiencing life through travel, listening to music, and spending quiet moments gardening.
