Introduction

This page is a preview of the customizable options that can be set for the theme. There are the building blocks for the entire site styles. Some of these settings can be customized on the backend of the WordPress site by logging in to Admin Dashboard and selecting "Theme Options" from the left hand side navigation.

NOTE: Please be careful with modifying the options page on the admin dashboard. Modifying these options could greatly change the look of the site!

Typography

The typography styles can be implemented by using an assigned class. The main purpose of assigning a class to all typography styles is to be able to keep the integrity of html markup hierarchy for SEO and Accessibility.

On the backend of the site, text can be styled using the WordPress text editor by clicking the "FORMATS" dropdown. Hover over "TYPOGRAPHY STYLES" and select the style you wish to implement. The classes will be added to highlighted text without having to edit HTML directly.

Colors

Each color for the theme has a corresponding class that can be used to apply a color to text or apply a background color. If color does not display for one of the color options below it's because it's not set for the theme.

On the backend of the site, text can be colored using the WordPress text editor by clicking the "FORMATS" dropdown. Hover over "THEME TEXT COLORS" and select the color you wish to implement. The classes will be added to highlighted text without having to edit HTML directly. Please note that background color styling is not an options since it's something that would be rarely used.
